Information You Provide

• Account information such as email address, name, avatar, login method, preferences, and access status.
• Applicant and application materials such as background profiles, academic records, programme choices, planning notes, statement drafts, research proposals, supplemental essays, recommendation materials, review outputs, interview materials, answers, and follow-up training content saved by you.
• AI request content such as background, draft text, programme context, evaluation requests, interview answers, and related instructions you send to G5Admissions tools.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support messages you send when you contact us for product feedback, technical support, billing support, or refund review.

Application Storage

G5Admissions stores saved materials so you can return to your workspace, continue planning, compare drafts, generate reviews, and prepare interview follow-up questions from the same application context.

You control what you enter and save. Do not include private information about other people unless it is necessary, appropriate, and handled responsibly.

AI Providers

G5Admissions uses third-party AI providers to process AI requests you choose to run, such as applicant positioning, programme matching, narrative planning, writing generation, writing evaluation, application review, interview follow-up question generation, sample answer generation, and answer evaluation.

When you run an AI-powered feature, relevant portions of your content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers solely for processing that request. AI outputs should be reviewed, corrected, and verified before use.

AI Request Processing

G5Admissions does not use your saved application materials to train its own AI models.

Third-party AI providers process requests according to their own policies and agreements.

AI Model Transparency

Some features may use third-party AI providers.

Different features may use different AI models depending on task complexity, availability, cost, safety, or service configuration.

Different AI models may produce different wording, but all outputs remain subject to the same recommendation rules and application workflow.

We may update providers or model routing over time without changing this policy.

Recommendation Quality

G5Admissions combines official programme information, structured matching logic, and AI review to support applicant positioning, programme recommendation, writing strategy, and interview preparation.

Recommendations are intended as preparation guidance rather than admissions decisions. Applicants remain responsible for checking official requirements and deciding what to submit.

Analytics, Logs, and Security

We use operational analytics and structured logs to understand reliability, security, workflow health, and usage accounting.

Our analytics and logs are designed not to store full draft text, raw provider payloads, API keys, raw IP addresses, full user agents, or payment card details.

To protect paid access and reduce abuse, we may store hashed metadata such as hashed IP signals, hashed browser or device signals, event type, route, and timestamp.

Data Retention

We retain account information, saved application materials, analytics records, and operational logs only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations.

Users may request deletion of saved application materials and account data. Certain records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including by hosting providers, AI providers, analytics providers, support tools, and payment processors.

By using G5Admissions, you understand that information may be transferred and processed in these jurisdictions as necessary to provide the service.

Children

G5Admissions is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
