Terms of Service

Overview
G5Admissions provides independent preparation support for applicants targeting Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, LSE, and UCL. The platform helps users organize applicant background, assess positioning, match programmes, plan and prepare written materials, review application packages, and practise document-based interview follow-up questions.
By using G5Admissions, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Independent Preparation Support, Not Official Advice
G5Admissions is independent and is not affiliated with Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, LSE, UCL, UCAS, or any university admissions office.
References to schools, departments, programmes, application portals, or official requirements are for informational and preparation purposes only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or official affiliation.
G5Admissions is not a law firm, immigration adviser, official admissions consultant, selection body, or university representative. It does not provide legal, immigration, official admissions, scholarship-selection, or visa advice.
Official university, department, programme, scholarship, and application portal requirements always outrank G5Admissions outputs.
AI Coaching And Review Boundaries
G5Admissions tools provide coaching, organization, review, drafting, and preparation support. They do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, compliant, original, or ready for submission.
AI assists preparation. Applicants remain responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding what to submit, including every AI-generated claim, fact, title, date, institution, module, faculty reference, supervisor reference, recommender support, achievement, publication, project result, and official-source assumption.
You should not use G5Admissions to fabricate, exaggerate, or misrepresent achievements, grades, awards, publications, internships, recommendation support, research outputs, language proficiency, work experience, or application materials.
AI Model and Provider Disclosure
Some G5Admissions features use third-party AI providers for AI-assisted generation, review, evaluation, drafting, coaching, and preparation support.
Depending on the feature, availability, safety, cost, and service configuration, AI requests may be processed by models from OpenAI and Anthropic, including GPT-family models and Claude-family models such as Claude Sonnet and Claude Opus. Some requests may also be routed through compatible AI infrastructure providers where configured.
Model names, providers, and routing may change over time. No AI model or provider guarantees admission, interview invitations, scholarships, visa outcomes, official compliance, factual accuracy, or submission readiness.
Preparation Support, Not a Guarantee
G5Admissions does not guarantee admission, interview invitations, scholarships, funding, visa approval, or any other official outcome.
Admissions decisions are made by the relevant universities and reviewers. Our tools help you prepare more clearly and responsibly; they do not replace your judgment or official guidance.
Our role is to improve preparation quality, not to replace admissions decisions.
Your Responsibility
- G5Admissions provides preparation, organization, review, and workflow support only.
- You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, academic integrity, and final submission of all application materials.
- You are responsible for all materials you submit to universities, recommenders, employers, scholarship bodies, or any third party.
- You must verify every AI output against your own facts, evidence, official requirements, and any professional advice you choose to obtain.
- You should not submit false, misleading, exaggerated, unsupported, or AI-fabricated claims.
- You must follow university rules, portal instructions, academic integrity rules, scholarship rules, and any other applicable requirements.
Accounts, Credits, Access, and Payments
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You may not share, resell, or misuse access.
Some G5Admissions tools use credits. Credits are consumed only when AI-powered generation, evaluation, review, or other usage-based services are executed.
Credits have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy or where required by law. Credits do not guarantee any particular output quality or admission outcome.
Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in your purchase terms.
Access tiers may determine which workspaces and tools you can browse or use. Access is subject to the plan, credit package, or permissions associated with your account.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Subscription, one-time purchase, and credit package terms are shown at purchase.
Acceptable Use and Availability
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraudulent application materials, account abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass credits, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
Users may not use the service to generate fraudulent recommendation letters, fabricated achievements, fake credentials, or other misleading application materials.
We aim to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI providers, hosting providers, payment providers, or other third-party services may affect availability or output quality.
Different AI models or providers may be used depending on availability, performance, safety, cost, maintenance, or service configuration. G5Admissions may change AI providers, model routing, or service configuration without prior notice.
Service quality may vary slightly depending on the AI model used, but the overall preparation workflow and review principles remain consistent.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G5Admissions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, or application outcomes.
